- Maq - [RECOMMENDED]
Info from his myspace:
"Michal (Maq) has dealed with the music for years. He lives on it and devotes most of time and attantion to it. In the beginning his music interests oscillated around classic, pop and electronic music. Interest on the last one increased when he was helping his father at work arranging sound systems for various parties. Being for the first time at club at the age of 11 his fascination for decks, vinyls and everything related to djing was born. After saving funds for equipment for several years he finally bought his own console on which he was practicing with great enthusiasm untill he finally achieved the first fruit of his hard work. It was opportunity of performing at not longer existing Ego club in Katowice. There, thanks to help of KO.booking agency he could evolve his technical skills almost from the beginning of the club existence till the very end of it. Thanks to reached experience soon he achieved the next success. It was opportunity of performing at Before Party Soundtropolis 2005- the party organized by Mayday Poland Team. The year 2006 was the year full of challenges and new experiences. "It's time for change"-he thought, when during viewing internet vinylshop he wasn't able to find records that would impress him a lot. After last party from the cycle called "Ratujmy Anioly" (01.04.2006) he left techno and hard techno for undefined time. Inspired by minimalistic sounds of the great artist, whom Richie Howtin is, he decides to play minimal in all its genders. In spite of the rapid changes he preserves his old, dark and sometimes even melancholic style. Currently together with Adam O he devotes himself to productions, which soon should came out to the daylight."
